Prior to manufacturing or importing of chemicals (products), a detailed statement of chemical verification shall be submitted (once initially),
and for hazardous chemicals (toxic, prohibited, restricted substances or substances subject to permission), import permission/declaration and export permission shall be obtained.
However, if toxic substances weighing less than 100 kg per year are imported or used as reagents for testing, research, and inspection, they are exempted from the Import declaration.
