Any industry or workplace that handles chemicals and is subject to investigation shall prepare
and submit statistical survey tables once every 2 years.

Notice on the handling of hazardous chemicals
Anyone subject to performance report for handling of hazardous chemicals shall conduct the performance report by June 30 every year. Even if there is no performance record for the year, it shall be reported as “No record”
