헬싱키에서 열린 18차 회의에서 MSC(the Member State Committee)의 만장일치 동의에 따라, ECHA는 곧, 7가지 새로운 물질을 SVHC 허가후보목록(Candidate List)에 추가할 것이다.

 

추가될 SVHC물질의 목록은 다음과 같다. ?

 

? 2-ethoxyethylacetate

? strontium chromate

? 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, di-C7-11 branched and linear alkyl esters (DHNUP)

? hydrazine

? 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone

? 1,2,3-trichloropropane

? 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, di-C6-8-branched alkyl esters, C7-rich (DIHP)

 

이 물질들은 발암성, 생식세포변이원성, 생식독성의 CMR물질들이다.

DHNUP와 DIHP는 두 개의 추가된 phthalates로 허가후보목록에 추가될 것이다.

게다가, 생식독성에 대한 새로운 확인 기준이 cobalt(II)chloride에 추가될 것이다. 이 물질은 발암성 때문에 이미 허가후보물질에 포함이 되었다.

 

또한 18차 회의에서, MSC는 ECHA의 제안 시험 테스트에 근거한 4개의 초안 결정과 이행준수에 근거한 5개의 초안결정에 만장일치로 동의하였다.
