ECHA는 Candidate list에 13개의 물질을 추가하였다.

이로서 list에 포함된 물질은 총 84개가 되었다.

참고로 2010년 1월과 2011년 12월에 리스트에 포함되었던 aluminosilicate refractory ceramic fibres (Al-RCF)과 zirconia aluminosilicate refractory ceramic fibres (ZrAl-RCF)는 이번 업데이트에서 통합되었다.

새롭게 추가된 물질은 발암성, 생식세포변이원성, 생식독성으로 분류되었다. 상담기간 동안 제출된 의견이 없어, 8개의 물질은 바로 list에 추가되었다.

13개의 물질은 다음과 같다.

 

? 1,2-bis(2-methoxyethoxy)ethane (TEGDME or triglyme)

? 1,2-dimethoxyethane or ethylene glycol dimethyl ether (EGDME)

? Diboron trioxide

? Formamide

? Lead(II) bis(methanesulfonate);

? 1,3,5-tris(oxiranylmethyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione (TGIC);

? 1,3,5-tris[(2S and 2R)-2,3-epoxypropyl]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-trione (β-TGIC);

? 4,4'-bis(dimethylamino)benzophenone (Michler's ketone);

? N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-4,4'-methylenedianiline (Michler's base);

? [4-[[4-anilino-1-naphthyl][4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]methylene]cyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene] dimethylammonium chloride (CI Basic Blue 26) [with ≥ 0.1% of Michler's ketone or Michler's base;

? [4-[4,4'-bis(dimethylamino) benzhydrylidene]cyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene]dimethylammonium chloride (CI Basic Violet 3) [with ≥ 0.1% of Michler's ketone or Michler's base;

? 4,4'-bis(dimethylamino)-4''-(methylamino)trityl alcohol [with ≥ 0.1% of Michler's ketone or Michler's base;

? α,α-Bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]-4 (phenylamino)naphthalene-1-methanol (CI Solvent Blue 4) [with ≥ 0.1% of Michler's ketone or Michler's base].
