영국 REACH 주무 당국은 내연제인 deca bromodiphenyl ether (decaBDE)를 고위험성우려물질로 지정하여 신고대상물질목록에 오르는 것을 제안하며 Annex XV를 제출했다. ECHA가 제안을 받아들이면, 9월 중에 다음 잠재 SVHC 중 하나로 공공자문 받게 될 것이다.

지난 몇 달간, ECHA는 다음 공공자문에 포함될 가능성이 있는 15개의 제안과 함께 SVHC물질의 등록을 업데이트했다. 영국의 제안 이외에 나머지 물질은 다음과 같다. 

 

  

• Phenol, 4-nonyl-, branched and linear covering all individual isomers with an alkyl chain of carbon number nine and UVCB substances which include linear and branched alkyl chains with a carbon number of nine. The proposal from Germany is based on Article 57f of REACH, that the hazard is of equivalent concern (CW 15 July 2012);
• Diazene-1,2-dicarboxamide also known as C,C'-azodi(formamide) again based on equivalence of concern, the dossier has been developed by Austria (CW 10 July 2012);
• 4-Tert-octylphenol ethoxylates prepared by Germany based on equivalence of concern (CW 10 July 2012 );
• 1,2-Diethoxyethane from Slovakia based on the substance’s carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic properties (CW 10 July 2012 );
• Germany has also nominated heptacosafluorotetradecanoic acid, pentacosafluorotridecanoic acid, henicosafluoroundecanoic acid and tricosafluorododecanoic acid based on their PBT properties (CW 15 May 2012 );
• Sweden has proposed the CMR methoxy acetic acid (CW 15 May 2012 );
• The sensitisers cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylic anhydride and the related substances hexahydromethylphthalic anhydride, hexahydro-4-methylphthalic anhydride, hexahydro-1-methylphthalic anhydride, hexahydro-3-methylphthalic anhydride, have been proposed by the Netherlands based on equivalence of concern (CW 21 June 2012 );
• 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, dipentylester, linear and branched and N-pentyl-isopentylphthalate have been nominated by Germany based on their CMR properties (CW 31 May 2012); and
